1. Subscriptions are prepaid
Top Analyst Tips subscriptions provide access for the period selected when payment is made.
2. Predictions are not guaranteed
Payment is for access to predictions and analysis, not guaranteed winning bets. A losing prediction by itself does not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund requests
Payments are generally non-refundable once paid access has been successfully provided, except where required by applicable law. If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same purchase, or paid successfully but did not receive the purchased access, contact Admin so the transaction can be investigated.
